By accessing our website or engaging Groowtth IT & Digital Solutions for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Groowtth IT & Digital Solutions provides the following services:

• Video Editing & Graphic Design

All services are subject to a mutually agreed scope of work before commencement.

Project Scope & Payments

All projects begin with a signed proposal or written agreement. Payments are milestone-based unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed beyond the agreed schedule.

Revisions & Deliverables

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately. Final files are delivered only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the amount paid for completed milestones is non-refundable. Groowtth reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Groowtth IT & Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
